Chief of Operations 

Operations: We are well led  by our chief of operations, optimizing processes and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, increase profit and enhance productivity across various departments within the organization.

Strategy: Implementing the strategic vision set by the CEO and the board by translating it into actionable plans and initiatives that drive the company towards its sustainable goals

Objectives: 

1. Revenue Growth: Measures the increase in revenue over a specific period, indicating the success of operational strategies in driving top-line growth. Cost reduction, reduction in operational costs or overhead expenses, indicating improved efficiency and resource utilization.
2. Operational Efficiency: Measures the organization's ability to produce output (products or services) with the least amount of input (resources such as time, money, or materials), often expressed as a ratio of output to input.
3. Customer Satisfaction: Measures customer satisfaction levels through surveys, feedback, reflecting the organization's ability to meet customer expectations and deliver value.

Chief of Governance:

We led by an experience and adaptable female,  because small businesses need actionable, cost-effective ideas for implementing meaningful sustainability practices, we build businesses with governance by design.

Our governance team help small businesses to find easy-to-implement, cost-effective ideas for making meaningful sustainability a natural part of they way they do business. My role is to help variety of sizes and types of small business discover what they can do to make their business more earth-friendly with common sense sustainability practices.

Our audience is small businesses without sustainability expertise, implement cost-effective sustainability practices that will contribute to the healthy environment.
